  2. Navigate to "Support" → "Submit Ticket"
  3. Choose the appropriate department
  4. Provide a clear subject line
  5. Describe your issue in detail
  6. Attach relevant files if needed

Response Times

  • Critical Issues - Within 1 hour
  • General Support - Within 4 hours
  • Sales Questions - Within 2 hours

What to Include

  • Your service details
  • Error messages (exact text)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

Emergency Contact

For critical service outages, use the "Critical" priority level when creating your ticket.
